The ORTEC Yard Management software is a tool for planning and controlling the truck movements and support loading and unloading activities in the yard.

• Loading activities can be planned and assigned to doors in our software solution LEO or in a separate monitor
• Trucks are monitored from arrival to departure
• SAP shipment or delivery documents are linked to trucks to enable status triggering
• Status information is exchanged with LEO MLS to announce incoming trucks and to register loading start and end
• Manual activities can be added for trucks without any related SAP documents
• Restrictions and scheduling rules help to find applicable and optimal solutions
